バークレイズ・キャピタル証券、江夏あかねをクレジット・リサーチアナリストに起用

【2010年6月29日、東京】　－　バークレイズ・キャピタル証券株式会社は、本日付で江夏（えなつ）あかねをディレクター兼クレジット・リサーチアナリストとして起用しました。

江夏は、バークレイズ・キャピタル証券株式会社調査部長である山川哲史ならびにリサーチ・アジア・パシフィック地域統括責任者であり、また同地域のクレジット・リサーチを率いるジョン・スコフィンの下で、公的セクター（地方公共団体、財投機関等）のクレジット分析を担当します。

江夏はゴールドマン・サックス証券の債券リスク管理関連の部門にてキャリアをスタートさせた後、大手金融機関にて一貫して、公的セクター、社債および発行体関連のクレジット・リサーチを提供してきました。バークレイズ入社以前、直近では、2005年よりシティグループ証券株式会社（当時：日興シティグループ証券株式会社）にて地方公共団体、政府系機関、ソブリンおよび国際機関等のクレジット分析に従事しました。また、江夏は、「地方債投資ハンドブック」（財経詳報社、2007年11月出版）、「地方債の格付けとクレジット」（商事法務、2009年2月出版）と題する地方債関連の書籍を2冊上梓しています。

Tokyo –29 June 2010 – Barclays Capital Japan Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Akane Enatsu as Director, Credit Research.

Based in Tokyo, Ms. Enatsu will report to Tetsufumi Yamakawa, Head of Japan Research Department, and to Jon Scoffin, Head of Research Asia-Pacific, reflecting his leadership of the Asia-Pacific Credit Research team. Ms. Enatsu will be responsible for the analysis of Japanese public sector including local governments, and zaito agencies.

Ever since Ms. Enatsu has started her career at Goldman Sachs Japan, she has consistently has provided credit analysis and research covering public sectors such as local governments, governmental agencies, sovereigns and supranational entities as well as corporate sectors. Ms. Enatsu joins us from Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. where she has been since 2005. Ms. Enatsu has also published two books on the Japanese Local Government Bond Market (Chihousai Toushi Handbook, November 2007 and Chihousai no Kakuzuke to Credit, February 2009).
