Barclays Capital Appoints Anthony Davies as Managing Director, Head of Asia Generalist Sales, Non-Japan Asia

Anthony will be responsible for growing the firm’s equity business with clients in Non-Japan Asia. He will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Richard Cunningham, Global Head of Equities Distribution, David Campbell, Head of North Asia Distribution and Nicholas Moreira, Head of Equities, Asia Pacific.

Anthony joins Barclays Capital from Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong, where he held a number of positions most recently Head of Pacific Rim Equity Distribution. Previously he was Head of Asia Pacific Cash Equity Distribution, and Head of Asia Pac and GEM Equity Distribution – EMEA, in London.
